Learn more about what goes into the perfect bottle of gin at Southern Wild Distillery. Join the head distiller to make your own bottle of gin to take home in their monthly workshop. Using locally foraged botanical ingredients, you'll fire up the mini still to see how the process works, up close, then walk away with a bottle of your own blend.
Each guest will walk away with their own little piece of Tasmania: a bespoke 200ml bottle of unique Tasmanian gin. The experience takes approximately 2 hours and can be booked via our reservations button below. Limited to 8 people per session.
